[BUG] The reading progress bar works on its own in Safari

The reading progress bar works on its own.

• When the page loads, the reading progress works by itself at a very slow speed.
• Only present in Safari browser
  • Only present in v0.3.14
  • No problem in v0.3.13
• No problem in Chrome browser
