Usage

1. Clone this repo.
2. Install the dependencies by this command: pip install -r requirements.txt
3. Copy the config file config.toml.example and rename to config.toml
4. Follow the instructions in the config file to modify it.
5. Execute python main.py and enjoy.

You can add this to your "crontab" to periodically check and set rate limits!
