This change drops support for Node.js v16. This may not be an issue since we can assume contributors will be using a newer version of Node.js, and lint-staged is not executed outside of a development environment. It's possible that a contributor could use a package manager configured with "strict engines", which would not work out very well for them.

If we don't think either of these is a concern, I think it's OK to upgrade this.
