Enhances the RTL interface by mirroring certain icons and the player controls.

  • Flip some icons on RTL layout
  • Create icon variants
  • Add font object data for custom fonts
  • Introduce a RightToLeft visual state for certain pages and controls to improve icon support
  • Adjust PlayerControls on RTL layout
  • Tweak TimeDisplay numeral alignment
  • Add TimeDisplay tool-tips
