Description
Pull request adds an 8-color layout based on the 1978 rainbow flag design by Gilbert Baker.

Additional context
Hues for the 6 standard rainbow colors are slightly different, and 2 new colors are added. I added this preset for my own use, and I think other people might like to use it.
