This is the new model AZP will use going forward. But it also allows you to retrigger failed stages before other stages have completed. Thus, if unit test fails early, or integration test, you can rerun the stage without having to wait for other stages to complete. Signed-off-by: Brett Logan <brett.t.logan@ibm.com>
