To install simpily copy the files to your build customisations folder for your IDE.
Example:
C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft.Cpp\v4.0\BuildCustomizations (VS 2010)
C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft.Cpp\v4.0\V140\BuildCustomizations (VS 2015)
Usage
To use in your project click on the project in the solution explorer then navigate to
Project -> Build Customisation -> PPCMASM
After this make a .asm or .s file and right clock and go to properties and then navigate to:
Properties -> Item Type -> Microsoft PPC Assembler
