This target timer allocation causes the default motor allocation to end up in S1, S2, S3 and S5.

Force default timer output mode to MOTOR in all timers.

This board has an unfortunate timer allocation, where the first 4 outputs use 3 timers.

This causes the default allocation to be M1, M2, M3, S1, M4

Fixes #9474
