This board has an unfortunate timer allocation, where the first 4 outputs use 3 timers. This causes the default allocation to be M1, M2, M3, S1, M4 Fixes #9474

This target timer allocation causes the default motor allocation to end up in S1, S2, S3 and S5.
Force default timer output mode to MOTOR in all timers.
