I believe this won't completely work because the upload-artifact action does not properly preserve file permissions: actions/upload-artifact#38

However, the changes here are correct! 😄 Hopefully, GitHub eventually fixes their action.

Oh, I didn't know that, it seems the current workaround for that problem consists of creating a GitHub release actions/upload-artifact#38 (comment)

However, the changes here are correct! smile Hopefully, GitHub eventually fixes their action.
