Azure storage backend for ownCloud

requires oc 8.2 pre-alpha or later

Note: due to limitations to azure the backend does not support detecting external changes at the moment

Installation

• clone into the apps folder and rename the folder to files_external_azure
• run composer install in the files_external_azure folder
