 Correction to Update 15 - there is one more big item left regarding the server outage and that is the GetIt server for 10.4 which is still offline. If you are still using that release (versions 10.4, 10.4.1, and 10.4.2) then GetIt still fails to load.  (Perhaps it's a good time to upgrade?)  After verifying today with Embarcadero, there is currently no target date for that to be back online.
