Given that we've had a couple of PR actions, I'm looking at putting together templates and guidelines for the Last Call team (currently myself and Jared)

I'll also copy the email templates and update them for last-call.

@brong - it would also be good to Identify the moderators of the last-call list somewhere. We could also do the same for ietf@ietf.org...

Works for me. I'll add a the names and details to the lastcall document. I'll let someone else do a PR (pull request, not posting rights!) for the ietf@ list.

Bron, looks good. FYI I intend to revise the text in our (ietf@ietf.org) email templates. As yours appears to be a fork of our current templates, this would cause them to diverge. So I guess the choice is whether you prefer to merge yours now, or wait until ours are revised before basing yours on those. I don't mind either way.
