Releasing

If unit tests pass in master a new release is uploaded to pypi automatically. Releasing ist cheap and incremental. If in the future something more stable is needed, another model will be used.

Versioning

Versions are 0.<minor> until version < 1.0, after that they are ascending whole integers. When versions are whole integers there will be no breaking changes, breaking changes must use another project name repo and binary name.
