This PR solves #106 by informing the user where the parsing issues occur (media, observations, deployments) and how to explore such parsing issues (via
readr::problems()).Tests implemented as well by adding a very reduced version of mica datapackage in
inst/extdata/mica_parsing_issuesfolder.
