These parts move to n2khabmon package, since their only use has been for monitoring.
Both functions are moved to the new n2khabmon package.

read_schemes()andread_scheme_types()move to a new package {n2khabmon}. Deprecating them here. The accompanying data sourcesschemesandscheme_typesare dropped. Also the corresponding rows of thenamelisthave been removed.
