read_habitatsprings(): return point_id & unit_id as integers
rbbvos+ has been considered too loosely defined as some intermediate between rbbvos and 6510_hua, and it has not been mapped consistently. Hence this type is considered obsolete, but do note that it exists in versions of the raw habitatmap data source.
read_watersurfaces(): make fix_geom handling a bit more efficient
The value column of the tibble cannot hold different classes. So converting those other than character to character.
n2khab_options(): fix bug in case both options are set
