AWS Cloud integration

We have leveraged the AWS IoT framework to speed up development:

AWS IoT Core:
- AWS IoT certificates: encripted connection from thing to mqtt broker.
- Things management: groups and policies.
- MQTT broker
- AWS IoT actions and rules: redirect information to AWS elasticsearch service
AWS elasticsearch service:
- Data stored and indexed throught elasticsearch
- Analytics with Kibana

Cloud dashboarding was delivered using kibana near-realtime dashboards.
