Tooltips
The Tooltips module is now properly implemented, allowing full support for customising tooltips in Elm. The examples have been updated accordingly.
Label Prefixes & Suffixes
Tooltips and legend ticks now support setting prefixes and suffixes. This isn't a complete replacement for Chartjs callbacks, but it should be enough to majorly improve chart legibility.
