Add a docker compose to show an example of a replica deployment of VOMS-AA. This extends #720.

Just to note: the IAM db has been generated by a dump of the test environment plus
indigo-dcgroup.Those modification were needed in order to successfully get a proxy from the
clientcontainer (where a test0 certificate lives).
