Replace gumdrop with clap v3

Currently because of limitations in gumdrop v0.7, we need to experiment and try to replace it with clap v3 (beta). This will allow a better and improved command line experience with better help usage messages and more options for the cli.

If we are able to compile this for with clap v3 we can try to replace the current abscissa from Iqlusion with this fork and if everything works well we might work with Iqlusion to have a plan to push this upstream.
