Summary

A new pre-release of abscissa, 0.6.0-rc.0, is available, updating the clap dependency to release 3.0.

Problem Definition

It makes sense to follow the latest development version of abscissa, to smooth any surprises and possibly warn the upstream in time if problems emerge. Also, clap 3.0 is great and everything should switch to depend on the major version without pre-release pinning.

Acceptance Criteria

Dependencies and usage of the abscissa/clap are updated to the new version.
