Initial release, running the 20230308 version of onscripter-en (https://github.com/Galladite27/ONScripter-en).
Binary tested and working with:
- Radiata
- The Letter
It is unlikely that MP3 playback works on this build. The default MSYS2 SDL_mixer is not built with SMPEG or MAD support enabled, so even though MAD is included in this build, it is not likely to work. MP3 playback confirmed working via regression testing with the insani.org ONScripter localization library.
