breaking change for new SBliFF-based sidechain pallet on parentchain (tx version 7) therefore, bump sdk version to
0.12.12corresponding runtime PR: integritee-network/parachain#276
Please note: This will not strictly allow legacy behavior: If the worker isn't up to date with the parentchain, it can no longer send valid sidechain block confirmations, which was possible before
