Release Notes: IoT Reference OS Kit 2017.05.1

Features Delivered:

• The Intel IoT Refkit profiles are now structured in their own layers such that they can be independently used with other distro configurations too (tested with Poky using the Yocto Project 2.3 / Pyro release that is now available in this repo). Profiles' layer dependencies are tracked too. In addition, each new layer is automatically tested against 'Yocto Compliance 2.0'. Implemented by #147.
• meta-intel 7.0 / pyro. Implemented by #169.

Bugs Fixed:

• The installer-image failed to install images to eMMC (e.g., on Intel 570x). Fixed by #160.
• "useradd postinst refers to recipe sysroot" [YOCTO #11460]. Fixed by #159.

• Minnowboard Turbot (intel-corei7-64 BSP)
