There are no errors--unless the logo in the footer should have the alt attribute "Internet Archive logo," which is currently the case for the logo in the banner.

@melissa-tan10 According to #4521 (comment) the empty alt attr for the logo is fine.
@bpmcneilly Alt attr is missing from the book covers present on this page.
