Closes #6264 .

No huge features or anything but a bunch of the config had to be moved around.

Technical

  • All developers will have to remove the solr volumes from their machines: docker volume rm openlibrary_solr-data openlibrary_solr-updater-data

Testing

  • Was used for the last staging solr build last month ; prod has been connected to it for the past ~day or so, and everything looks good!
