Changes:

  • force Dockerfile to use pipenv to manage dependencies (removed requirements.txt)
  • upgrade Django to version 4.2 (4.0 --> 4.1 --> 4.2)
  • add crispy-bootstrap4 as it is a dependency for crispy forms
  • django_ical.feedgenerator changed ITEM_EVENT_FIELD_MAP to ITEM_ELEMENT_FIELD_MAP
