Upload and basic functionality

This release includes

• rotate-on-enable (Rotates when the server is getting started (after plugins enable))
• use-filesize-rotate (Rotates after a specific file size is reached)
• use-time-rotate (log rotation at a specific schedule)

Old logs will be stored under /logs in the server folder. The log format is "server_Year_Month_Date-Hour_Minute_Second.log"
