Guide to updating the url in the bucket

If the url changes - for example from ea to ga, you need to login to the account where the buckets are stored. Then you need to download the api-config.json file and change it locally with the new url. Just download the latest version. After modifying it locally, re-upload it back to S3. Codex should pick up the new location.
