Signal - milestone 2

Milestone 2 is the first version of Signal that can be considered "fully" functional.

• Removes "www." subdomains from sites that use them.
• Added sources from OpenSources

Signal - milestone 1

First version of Signal to be functional. As a result, it has a very small database of sites. It also doesn't support domain wildcards: if a news site you are visiting has subdomains that are not listed in the database, the idle icon will display.
