@hsanjuan not sure if you wanted to do this or not, but figured it'd make testing with the kubo plugins easier. Either way some updating needed to happen to deal with removing the go-block-format clone from go-libipfs (now boxo).
I just ran the boxo migration tool (https://github.com/ipfs/boxo/tree/cde9cc294bf1cb2a316a92db7007f014a6b49b4c/cmd/boxo-migrate) and it did the work for me.
It also looks like ipfs/kubo#9839 is resolved now, but needs verification
