Goals

We need to switch to tagged releases, which seems like a good occasion to add some profession infrastructure to our process.

Implementation

  • Add an import style, script to fix all imports
  • Add a script to make release logs
  • Add a contributing guildelines doc
  • Add a change log for existing releases.
