"Launch on startup" is grayed out on windows 10, ipfs-desktop v0.10.2 #1321

I have tried:

system-wide install
user install
deleted the .ipfs folder
started the ipfs-desktop with and without admin

sixcorners mentioned this issue

"Launch on startup" is grayed out in v0.10.2 #1290
