Added reference to the internals API interface definitions. The purpose of this spec is to normalize interfaces (expectations) of each IPFS internal module, across all the language implementations.
One of the results of creating this Internals API spec will be enabling other IPFS implementors to have a clear map of IPFS Architecture and digest each module, one at a time.
