Removed yasos dependency

This release removes an unnecessary import of yasos.

Disable keyword reader

This release disables the keyword reader to allow compilation with :: combinator [thanks to Peter Bex]

Fix in component dependencies of abnf-consumers

This release updated the .egg file to specify that abnf is a component dependency of abnf-consumers.
