These don´t seem to be transformations. Transformation ids are extracted from filenames by splitting at "" and taking the last segment (without file extension) as the id of the transformation. You need to prepare your dataset by removing "" from the filenames first and than tagging the file names with the transformation. For example:
cluster0000/textfile1.txt
cluster0000/textfile1_cut01pct.txt
cluster0000/textfile1_cut05pct.txt
cluster0000/textfile1_cut10pct.txt
...
