Remove unused cf strings

Asana

What

There were a few CF strings in our code that have now been removed. Also, there were some strings not in CF that should be there. They have now been added.

Why

The strings had been moved but we forgot to remove the old ones, causing confusion.

Warning

There were issues while running some tools. Please review the errors and either fix the tool’s configuration or disable the tool if it’s a critical failure.

🔧 eslint

If the error stems from missing dependencies, add them to the package.json file. For unrecoverable errors (e.g., due to private dependencies), disable the tool in the CodeRabbit configuration.

Walkthrough

The pull request involves the removal of the comments section from the rcReportForm object in the reportForm.ts file within the judicial system web application. This change eliminates the localized strings related to comments on case processing. Additionally, the commentsInput object in commentsInput.ts has been restructured to use the defineMessages function for better internationalization practices, with a minor modification to the defaultMessage for the tooltip entry.

Changes

File Change Summary
apps/judicial-system/web/messages/RestrictionCases/Prosecutor/reportForm.ts Removed comments section from rcReportForm, deleting localization definitions for comment-related UI elements.

1-2: Imports are used correctly
The usage of defineMessages from react-intl is appropriate and aligns with NextJS best practices for internationalization.

Line range hint 3-12: Structured internationalized messages
Defining commentsInput via defineMessages ensures type safety and clarity. The message IDs, default messages, and descriptions are consistent and descriptive.

13-13: Concise default message
The updated default message for the tooltip is succinct and understandable in context, improving clarity while preserving meaning.

Line range hint 14-29: Labels and placeholders
The label and placeholder definitions follow the same structure, matching the rest of your internationalized messages for consistency and clarity.

30-30: File closure
The defineMessages block is properly closed.
