Come da issue #159 è stata aggiunta la possibilità salvataggio della sessione simpleSAMLphp su Database.
In fase di setup viene richiesto se utilizzare phpsession o sql (il valore di default è phpsession) per il salvataggio della sessione simpleSAMLphp.
