You can pin Cyberduck to the start menu or task bar for quick access to Cyberduck via Windows Store.

Another option is to create a shortcut to "Cyberduck" or "Cyberduck.exe" (just that) which automatically links to some path in %LocalAppData%\WindowsApps, as we are creating a application alias for running the app. Though there is no icon associated with that file.
