I am Valeria 👋

My professional experience

Tech policy: For two years I did research on AI and emerging technologies from an Action Tank focused on Latin America and the Caribbean.Some of the projects that I was involved with:
AI and Machine Learning
- AI for remote lab testing using OpenCV and YOLO for a Brazilian healthtech startup
- Currently involved in a Machine Learning Trainee program for an IT Services and IT Consulting company in Brazil
Democratizing technology
- Currently contributing to the Democratizing innovation in the Americas initiative of the OAS.
