This change:

Adds the all-encompassing deno task ok[:dev] tasks which check that everything is ok, locally and in CI.
Updates benchmark and size comparisons.
Updates dependencies.
Adds the new exclude property to the Deno configuration file.
Cleans up and improves some code.
