fix: Updated the OpenSSL download link in Using venv section of Setting Up

PR Description

Updated the download link of OpenSSL from http://nz2.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openssl/libssl1.1_1.1.1f-1ubuntu2.19_amd64.deb to ttp://nz2.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openssl/libssl1.1_1.1.1f-1ubuntu2.20_amd64.deb and subsequently updated the package name in the installation instruction.
