Should resolve #60

Core functionality remains the same; patch version update.

  • ESLint flat config
  • Dropping legacy ESLint configs and ignores
  • Tweaking types and imports just slightly so ESLint isn't cranky
  • Core: tsconfig moduleReslution changed to Node16 (module: CommonJS, target: Es5)
  • Node: tsconfig remains at NodeNext, Target: ES6 (to support Node 10,12)
