Two deep learning models used in this analysis toolkit for macular and peripapillary optical coherence tomography (OCT) choroid segmentation:

• choroidalyzer_weights.pth: Macular OCT choroid segmentation
• deepgpet_weights.pth: Peripapillary OCT choroid segmentation

Three deep learning models used in this analysis toolkit for macular- and optic disc-centred scanning laser ophthalmoscopy (SLO) images:

• slosegmenter_weights.pth: Binary vessel detection
• avosegmenter_weights.pth: Artery-vein-optic disc detection
• fovsegmenter_weights.pth: Fovea detection
