Transmission-gtk connection error

I have this error with transmission :

Maybe, transmission implement a feature not available in Taipei-Torrent ?

Could uTP be a solution ?

I'm not working on Taipe-Torrent right now, but if someone sent a well
written pull request I would probably merge it.
