When i (the owner of the bot) run a command for example play, it works perfectly fine. But when a normal user run the same command, the bot just don't care and does nothing

message content intent is turned on.
I didn't change anything but for some reason it now works, at least on my alt account. It needs more testing. I will re-send a message if i need more help

Can you ask the other person if they received a DM from the bot? If they have their DMs disabled, please ask them to enable them now. JMusicBot is very likely trying to DM them the reason they won't run the command for them.

The most likely reason this command didnt run is that they are deafened in a voice channel. JMusicBot wants you to actually listen to a voice channel, so that it lets you use the music commands.

oh in that case JMusicBot should be writing to stdout, check docker container logs your-jmusicbot-container

That's pretty weird. The last reason I can imagine that the bot isnt responding is that theyre accidentally @'ing a different bot/person?

Can you try using the !! prefix you've set? If it doesn't respond, make sure you have the "Message Content Intent" enabled in the dev dashboard:

Okay, that's good. As we will switch to Slash Commands eventually, these issues should become non-existent, or at least easier to troubleshoot.
