- cleanup on anime sources - added the number of items found in the initial global search cards

- added three methods to GenericInfo.kt, each for specific setup to add to that nav graph. - this also means that MangaWorld's reader will go back to true fullscreen. I'm not a HUUUGE fan of how the performance of the bottomnavigationview is handled, but it will have to do for now. - this also fixes AnimeWorld's shortcuts!
…e it a more consistent design - added crossfade to RecentFragment.kt, AllFragment.kt, and GlobalSearchFragment.kt for a nice fading change for network changes - Added a refresh to RecentFragment.kt and AllFragment.kt if you are offline when entering the app and reconnect while in-app. Prior, there would be no refresh and you'd be stuck on the loading screens until the source is manually changed or the app is killed and reopened
- fixed Crunchyroll.kt history and maybe any other things that use getSourceByUrl
