Satisfy linting! v1.1.0

  • Rename primary group from splunk-mode to splunk. It is not advisable to name groups ending with `-mode' unless it conflicts with another group.
  • We are also more specific with our Emacs 27 requirement (27.1).
  • Finally, we remove the temporary interactive font-lock-fontify-buffer.

This is all required for a non-functional change to add CI/CD and tests.
