Ruby bindings for LibUI

Requirements

Compile and install libui per the documentation. Only version Alpha4.1 of LibUI has been tested.

Running the example control gallery

gem install libui-ruby
ruby examples/control_gallery.rb
ruby examples/histogram.rb
