Board Members
- Names and email addresses are in the Membership master file in the Board Members tab. Primary key is Board Role. Any changes to board role will cause a break on these pages.
- Dues and cash discount amounts are stored in the Membership master file in the Configuration tab.

- Variable data values are passed to the page as a page template object. See Controller.js
